Numaself is a mental wellness platform that connects users with independent mental health professionals and provides digital wellness tools.

  • Mental health assessments and screening tools
  • Workshops, programs, and educational content
  • Self-help and guided content delivered digitally

Numaself acts as a technology enabler and does not itself provide medical treatment, diagnosis, or emergency care.

If the user is below 18 years of age, the parent or legal guardian must provide informed consent for:

We do not store your full card details; these are handled by payment gateway providers.

5.4 Usage Data & Technical Information

  • Pages visited, time spent, and navigation patterns
  • Error logs and technical diagnostics

This helps us maintain, secure, and improve the platform.
